Why QA matters
The real cost of skipping testing.
A bug found in testing costs a fraction of the same bug found in production. QA investment always pays for itself many times over.
Ship with confidence
Every release has been thoroughly tested and signed off. No last-minute panic, no emergency patches, no angry customers on launch day.
Reduce cost of defects
A bug found in QA costs 10× less than the same bug found in production. QA is not a cost — it is insurance against far larger costs.
Faster release cycles
Automated regression testing means new features go live faster because you are not manually retesting everything with every release.
Multi-market confidence
We test across 30+ markets with localisation, multi-currency and regional compliance scenarios — essential for international businesses.
Every device, every screen
Responsive testing across all viewports and devices ensures your software works perfectly for every user, wherever they access it.
Detailed reporting
Every engagement ends with a full test report covering pass/fail rates, severity breakdown, performance metrics and clear recommendations.
How we run QA
Integrated into your development cycle.
01
Requirements review
We study your technical specs, user stories and acceptance criteria to build a complete test plan before any testing begins.
02
Test case design
Write detailed test cases covering all functional paths, edge cases, integration points and business rules specific to your system.
03
Test execution
Manual and automated test execution with real-time defect logging, severity classification and priority assignment.
04
Bug reporting
Detailed bug reports with screenshots, reproduction steps and severity ratings delivered directly to your development team.
05
Sign-off and release
Re-test after fixes, final UAT sign-off and a complete test summary report before every production release.

FAQ
Common questions about QA testing.
When should we bring in a QA team?
Ideally at the start of a project. QA involvement in requirements and design prevents bugs from being built in. At minimum, QA should begin when development is 60–70% complete to allow time for full test cycles before go-live.
Can you test Business Central implementations?
Yes, this is one of our specialisms. We test BC implementations including custom extensions, integrations, data migrations, workflows and financial processes to ensure everything works correctly in your specific configuration.
What is the difference between manual and automated testing?
Manual testing is human-driven and best for exploratory testing, UAT and complex user scenarios. Automated testing runs scripted tests repeatedly, ideal for regression testing and CI/CD integration. We use both strategically on every project.
Do you offer ongoing QA retainer services?
Yes. We offer monthly QA retainers for businesses with regular software releases. This gives you a dedicated QA team on call for every sprint, ensuring consistent quality across all releases without rebuilding context from scratch each time.
